Flower Garth

In 1964, following the purchase of a large private house Astbury in Harrogate Road, the Flower Garth estate was established comprising nineteen bungalows set in the delightful gardens surrounding the house, which itself had been imaginatively converted into six self-contained flats.

This development was officially opened by Mrs Jean Coggan, wife of Dr Donald Coggan former Bishop of Bradford in September 1964.

We aim to provide rents below the market place value. Payable at 4 weekly intervals in arrears. Rent reviews take place annually in April.

For Council Tax purposes all properties at Flower Garth fall under Council Tax Band A.
