Tenancy Agreement

Once you have received an “offer of tenancy” letter, we will arrange a date for the tenancy agreement to be signed. This will usually be done at our administration office at an agreed time and it will take approximately 1 hour to read and sign the various documents.

Once you are comfortable with signing the tenancy agreement we will present you with 2 copies of keys for the front and back doors.

Tenancies run from Sunday to Saturday on a weekly basis and at least 4 weeks written notice is required should you wish to terminate your agreement.
