Flower Court

The Flower Court estate on Leeds Road in Eccleshill (near the Industrial Museum) was opened by the Lord Mayor of Bradford Councillor Stanley King on 27th April 2001.

The estate comprises 4 bungalows and 6 flats in 2 separate blocks, one of 4 flats and the other made up of 2 flats. There are private parking bays for tenants and visitors on all our estates.

We aim to provide rents below the market place value. Payable at 4 weekly intervals in arrears. Rent reviews take place annually in April.

For Council Tax purposes all properties at Flower Court fall under Council Tax Band A.
